VOLUNTEER - HONK! Oz 2025

HONK Oz is a grass roots, volunteer-run community event. We are looking for volunteers to help run the festival. We can try to match tasks and times with your availability. All volunteers must be over 18 yrs.

HONK! Oz is a family friendly, inclusive festival. We expect everyone at HONK! Oz to be mindful of their words and actions, and to
be respectful to their fellow participants. We hope to create spaces that are lively, creative, and supportive of people's differences. [more]

Please complete as much detail as possible. Our volunteer coordinator, Kerrie Faulkner will get back to you. Tasks will include:
  • setup / packdown
  • marshalling the parade
  • performance spaces - production and musicians support
  • hospitality : support the musicians
  • green room duty
  • info & merchandise desk

Volunteer Registration

Note: Each shift will be for an hour, maximum 3 hours in any given session (unless you wish to do more.)
  • Thursday Evening at Wollongong Night Markets
  • Friday Evening - location TBC
  • Saturday Morning/Afternoon/Evening - Arts Precinct/Town Hall.
