Junk Drums - An Instrument Making Workshop

Facilitator: Ken Allen (Junkadelic Brass Band & The Funk Factory)
Funded By: Small Cultural Grant from Wollongong City Council
Workshop Details:

Who is it for?
  • All ages, from 9 years and up. Children must be supervised at all times - parents/families are welcome to participate. 

Session Dates & Times: (the sessions build from one to the other. Please attend all three if possible​)
  • Workshop I: Thursday Jan 9th 12.30-2.00pm (Wollongong Conservatorium of Music)
  • Workshop II: Friday Jan 10th 12.30-2.00pm  (Wollongong Conservatorium of Music)
  • Performance: Saturday ​Jan 11th 2.30pm (Arts Precinct, Burelli Street, Near IPAC) - Performance with members of Junkadelic Brass Band

Please Note: Sessions may finish earlier than indicated depending on the number of participants and how much the group gets through.
