Band Description

We will link to your website from the Honk Fest website.

We will provide a link to your Facebook page if you have one and 'like' you . . .

Include anything here that describes your group and may help us with scheduling or other aspects of your performance.

We will make a profile page for each band on the honk website. A brief Bio/description and photo would really help us.

Availability for HONK! Oz 2015 - this will help us with scheduling
Honk! Oz Festival:  
We are hoping most bands will be available for performances from Friday afternoon/evening through to Sunday afternoon.  Our minimum expectation is that performers will be available throughout the Saturday of the Festival from am to late in the evening. We would be pleased to help accommodate bands visiting from out of town on the Friday and Saturday nights if needed.

Optional Pre-Honk events 
The festival will commence with workshops and gatherings on the Thursday (8th) and Friday (9th). These events will include; street music workshops by Linsey Pollack and Ken Field. Kids workshops with Mark and Mel, Kids parade in the city, jam sessions, art explosion, pickup band, gigs at The Con and in the arts precinct.  let us know if you might be available and willing to contribute to any of these Pre-Honk sessions.

Accommodation
We are aiming to help accommodate bands from out of town, through billeting and other arrangements. It may be difficult for some groups to give a definitive answer at this stage. Just give us your best guess to get things going. Our accommodation coordinator will be in touch for more detail.
Does your group require accommodation?

We are keen to help accommodate invited bands/artists and their immediate families should they need it. It would help us to know how many in your party and different possible groupings. e.g. 2 x couples 1 x family of 4 1 x single male

Insurance Requirement
All performers and bands performing at Honk! Oz Festival of Street Music accept responsibility for their own public liability insurance.   
If you don't have cover, we suggest investigating insurance options with Folk Alliance Australia see www.folkalliance.org.au and follow the link to INSURANCE. You need to be or become a member of Folk Alliance Australia.

I understand that we (Artist/Band) are required to have up to date public liability Insurance cover, and will be required to provide proof of this cover.

Your valid PLI certificate or other info can be emailed directly to the Honk! Oz committee prior to the festival.
